We process your information on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, after which we will stop sending you program communication.
How Your Information Is Shared
Your details are shared only with the Go Dhanvantari Parikrama organising team for the purposes described above. Form submissions are delivered to the organiser by email using a trusted email service provider. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Data Retention
We keep your information only for as long as needed to run the program and related activities, or as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Where a participant is a minor, registration should be completed by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on the child’s behalf.
